- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-05-12, by patricia parkesShocking service ..,ordered a bespoke shower tray / shower and wash basin I was told the basin was damaged do had to wait a further 3 months in total waited 6 months ! Shower was fitted whilst I was at work .. On my return the tray was the wrong one ! .. I'm one year on and still I haven't had a new shower tray or new door .. Manager .. Has promised to sort the issue out .. Apparently the shower tray was ordered but was damaged ! Oh yes I've heard that story before .. Absolute night mare ..
